Hi, i’m tony 🤙🏽
I’m based in the heart of Lancaster County, PA, I’m serious about Jesus, and I try not to take myself too seriously. Whether I’m preaching to students, coaching leaders, or trying (and failing) to keep up with Gen Z/Alpha culture, I show up with heart, humor, and a hunger to learn and disciple. I’ve learned that nothing tests your theology more than an all-nighters and a middle schooler armed with a Nerf gun and a Red Bull. Ultimately, I am deeply convicted that God delights in using ordinary broken people (like me) to do extraordinary redemptive things for the Kingdom of Christ.
here’s what i do

here’s why I Do It

For Students
I believe students and leaders both need someone to call them up & out—up into their God-given identity, gifting, and calling, and out of isolation, passivity, and compromise, into deeper accountability and Kingdom purpose.
I’ve seen what happens when someone finally tells them, “God can use you right now—not someday, not when you’re more put together, but today.” I believe the Spirit of God wants to ignite a generation of students who walk in boldness, lead with humility, and love Jesus with all they’ve got.

For Leaders
I’ve seen too many leaders burn out, blow up, or build platforms bigger than their soul can sustain. I’m burdened to come alongside them—not to impress, but to sharpen, shepherd, and speak life into what’s real. Leaders need someone who’s not afraid to call them to more—to live and lead from excellent brokenness, where grace runs deep and pride dies slow. When students and leaders both rise in healthy, Spirit-filled influence, the Church flourishes, the Gospel advances, and heaven gets a little fuller.
Here are my 5 promises
No matter the setting—preaching, coaching, consulting, or teaching—these are the promises I put first.
1
Gospel-centered,
always
I won’t give you fluff, hype, or self-help. Everything I do is rooted in the truth, grace & power of Jesus—because He’s the only one who actually transforms hearts.
2
Relatable & real
I lead from honesty, not polish. Whether I’m on stage or in a coffee shop, I show up as my whole self—joyful, flawed, and walking in excellent brokenness.
3
Depth with clarity
You’ll get biblical and leadership depth without needing a seminary degree to understand it. I’m all about taking the timeless Word of God and making it hit home in real, practical ways.
4
Energy & engagement
I don’t do dry or disconnected. Whether I’m preaching or coaching, I bring stories, questions, laughter, and just enough unexpected moments to keep you leaning in. You won’t get bored.
5
Challenge wrapped in care
I will speak truth with love. I will challenge you to grow. And I’ll be right there with you—calling you up and out, not from a stage above, but from the trenches alongside you.

Before this year I had never looked forward to the sessions and only looked at it as a downside of going to camp. Tony flipped that around and made me want to go to sessions and pay attention and grow in my faith with the Lord.
Caleb
leader
Tony is hands down the best speaker I’ve heard. He’s real and will speak on hard topics that need taught about. I’ve never seen a speaker connect so well with students. If you have the opportunity to have him come speak, the campers and staff will never forget it.

Tony loves and goes hard
every single minute. He definitely has stories to tell and laughs to give and is one of, if not the best, speaker I’ve ever had the privilege of hearing, let alone building a friendship with.
Renee
executive assistant
Tony is exceptional at explaining personality tools in a way that’s both accessible and impactful. Thanks to his teaching, I now have a deeper understanding of myself and how others think, communicate, and lead.
Bill
youth pastor
Tony and I have interacted through summer and winter camps for several years now. He’s down to earth, passionate about youth, detail-oriented and intentional. He carefully handles the Word of God and knows how to connect with all ages. If you’re looking for a guest speaker or an awesome summer camp for your teens, talk to Tony!
